To show great love for God and our neighbors we need not do great things. It is how much love we put into the doing that makes our offering something beautiful for God. -Mother Teresa

life

hey friends - so last night i tried my darndest to put pictures on this blog, failed miserably, tried again and again, got fed up and quit. i'll try again and apologize for not being able to show you more. however - the latest - last weekend i traveled by car to Denmark with some friends. i've decided from my two days in Denmark - visited Herning and Arhus - I really like Denmark. it's quaint and nice - peaceful. We walked through this fun shopping center and i was amazed b/c there were a bunch of people out and yet it was oddly quiet. the people don't hustle and bustle about either, they stroll, they're calm. lovely. we saw the baltic sea, which was cold, but nice. the beach had so few people on it and there was a forest very close to the sand and it smelt so fresh and wonderful. in the school - this week is Spirit week. Monday was pajama/bring your favorite stuffed animal to school, tuesday was germany day - where red, black, and gold. today is wear your clothes inside out and hat day - tomorrow is brian blackburn day - b/c it's his birthday, although he thinks it's pirate day, we're planning a little fun party - happy. and friday is african clothes day. it's quite fun and the kids are so precious and cute when they dress up. i've already filled you in about the sail and it's not happening yet - keep praying for us. and yeah - life is good. my new roommate Myra is cool. she's 23 and working in medical. Melissa went home for the week for medical reasons. you are welcome to lift her up - that tests go well, that home/family stuff is smooth and even a blessing. email me in your spare time and let me know about your life and prayer requests! love, emily:-)
