To show great love for God and our neighbors we need not do great things. It is how much love we put into the doing that makes our offering something beautiful for God. -Mother Teresa

Our God is Enormous!

Dear Friends, This week I am required to attend the New Crew Orientation. It is for about four hours each afternoon. I have been blessed through it and wanted to share a few things. Talking about the ship and all that God is doing has been so powerful for me. My vision of God has expanded so much - kinda like when you fly and look down at the earth and realize how big God is and how small you are. There are about thirty nations represented on the Anastasis right now and I think 35 total are to come. There will be 400 people on board our ship in a few months when we go to do outreach. I think about my story and all the people that have joined with me to support me, and then i think and hear about so many other people's stories and how many people are supporting each of them. and then i think about how God has arranged for 400 people to come and serve on this ship, none are getting paid, not even the Executive Director, and how many people it takes to support all of them. and my thoughts turn to His calling on each of us and how great He is to arrange and fulfill His plan for just this ministry. My soul, then, has to bow down, in thanksgiving, and humility, and a quiet joy. Friends, the Lord came to prepare the way for us, He came to bring the good news, He came to bring us Life! He is a Big, Good God. Praise Him today!
